HOW TO ROOT YOUR ANDRIOD SMARTPHONE FROM VERSION 6 AND ABOVE
Hello guys welcome to my today post, Andriod phone rooting system changed when Google introduce Andriod Marshmallow OS, from then we couldn't root our phones with KingRoot anymore
No worries because today i bring to you the solution, with these few steps you would have you phone rooted in no time.
Lets get started shall we.
Requirements are;
*get a computer
*sp flash tool app for pc
*mtk vcom drivers for pc
*super su flashable zip file
*custom recovery ( twrp or cwm)
*a usb cord
Steps are;
*sp flash tool*
download the app for pc, it's one of those sotware that could flash phones (mostly mtk phones)
the mtk vcom drivers allows ur computer to connect to ur phone as an administrator(u can also use adb driver software, optional but it's highly recommended)
download those drivers for ur PC and install them(make sure u install the one that suits ur operating system bits,e.g 32bits or 64bits
after installing the drivers just restart the computer
*custom recovery*
u know that when u switch off ur phone then hold your power button and volume rocker key u boot into a mode called the stock recovery(u can reset ur phone there)
there is another mod version called the custom recovery, what it does is,
it can copy ur os
it can flash files, apps and custom roms into ur phone"
it can also access ur storage and the transfer speed is 100% faster than when it's switched on.
there are alot of custom recovery but the two best are team win recovery project(twrp) & clockwork mod(cwm)
download ur phone version of any of them(i suggest twrp)
after downloading it, the file is in .img format,
FLASHING THE CUSTOM RECOVERY
head straight to sp flash tool(run it as administrator)
then locate the downloaded .img/.bin file and choose it, then click download
make sure its registered as recovery(there will be options to tick, make sure recovery is the only ticked option)
hit the download or start button
then switch off ur phone(some phone needs the battery to be out while some needs the battery inserted, but phone should be switched off)
now connect ur phone to ur PC(make sure ur usb debugging is on)
when ur phone gets recognized, the flashing will begin, just let it be until it shows "download ok"
when completed just hold ur power button and volume up/down to switch to ur new recovery(some phone might still keep their stock recovery so switch the volume button to log into the other one
(don't interrupt the flashing process, it could ruin phones, but it can be fixed by flashing ur phone software back)
*super su flashable zip*
the custom recovery could flash stuff to ur phone directly
so head to google and search for flashable super su
download it then switch off ur phone and boot into ur custom recovery mode
(to avoid lost of files or boot issues in case your super su installation had fault or something, do a full system backup with the custom recovery before flashing ur super su, it would take ur phone back to when u haven't install the super su). there is a 20% fail rate so its optional
so when are in the custom recovery mode just click on "install" or "install zip" and locate where u downloaded the super su zip file
click it and alow it to install
after installing it wipe davic and partition, the message will appear immediately after installing the su
just wipe the davic cache e.t.c
*note, dont mess with that app, it could delete ur os from ur phone, just do the stuff u know and leave the rest.
now restart ur phone, if its stock on boot loop, just remove ur battery and try restart ur phone again, if that doesn't works just wipe cache and partition again from the custom recovery
and restart ur phone, happy rooting
twrp recovery is the best, use it
